Where to start

If you lead retreats, begin with hosting at Lunita; if you're seeking personal healing, start with what a personal retreat is and the benefits of stepping away. From there, follow whatever calls you. Explore a personal retreat or book a discovery call. One smaller tradition sits alongside all of these, the tree a group plants together, a living way to give something back to the land.

About Lunita

Frequently asked questions

What are Lunita's most-loved blog posts?

Hosting, ceremony and medicine, personal and spiritual retreats, somatic healing, the sacred feminine, ancestral work. Our most-loved posts span the heart of what we do, hosting retreats, sacred ceremony and medicine, personal and spiritual retreats, somatic and nervous-system healing, the sacred feminine, ancestral work, and the deeper benefits of stepping away. Together they're a doorway into Lunita's world, whether you're a retreat leader, a seeker, or simply curious about what a jungle retreat can offer.

Where should I start?

If you're a retreat leader, start with hosting and why Lunita is suited to your work. If you're seeking personal healing, begin with what a personal retreat is and the benefits of stepping away. From there, follow whatever calls you, ceremony, the sacred feminine, somatic healing, or spiritual reconnection.

Where should a retreat leader start reading?

With hosting at Lunita, and then with whatever the reader's own work needs next. The most read posts split cleanly in two: leaders go to the hosting pages and the venue checklists, while people seeking their own healing go to what a personal retreat is and the benefits of stepping away. Starting in the wrong half is the usual reason a guide feels like it is answering somebody else.
