01IDENTIFYING THE RISKAnalysis & Diagnosis (5 to 7 working days)A free questionnaire that maps your team's real problems, 40 for in-person teams, 41 for remote. You receive a complexity score out of 100, a score for each of the seven dimensions, and, for hybrid teams, the measured gap between management and staff. The result is yours, no strings attached.OUTPUT: YOUR OVERALL COMPLEXITY SCORE, SEVEN DIMENSION SCORES, A RISK MAP, AND MORE. FOR DISTRIBUTED TEAMS, ALL THIS PLUS THE GAP.
02DESIGNCo-design (~2 months)• The contract is signed and co-design begins. • A call with the company contact, alignment with the facilitators, and a check on participants (number, health conditions, how far they want to go). • With the problems already mapped, the company chooses the priorities: we propose, you choose. • Within 2–3 weeks of signing, the first program arrives. We discuss it, refine it, approve it.OUTPUT: A TAILORED, APPROVED PROGRAM, CEREMONY BY CEREMONY
03THE RETREATfrom 3 nights, tailoredIn the Riviera Maya jungle. Up to 20 managers and senior leaders. The length is set by the diagnosis, from three nights, never a fixed package. Ancient ceremonies and experiences that generate the change. At the end, while the experience is still fresh, a first measurement is taken from the participants.OUTPUT: REAL, LASTING CHANGE, A FIRST ON-SITE MEASUREMENT, AND INTEGRATION BEGINS
04MEASUREMENT & INTEGRATIONMeasurement & Integration (30 days after the retreat)After the retreat, a call with your company lead to gather the team's feedback and share recommendations to make the changes stick. 30 days after the retreat ends, a follow-up questionnaire, built on the dimensions you worked on, measures what moved. Within 10 working days you receive an Impact Report: the pre/post delta for each dimension, the patterns of change, and the next steps. The distance between before and after is a real, demonstrable number, yours to take to the board.OUTPUT: AN IMPACT REPORT WITH A VERIFIABLE PRE/POST DELTA, READY FOR THE BOARD
