What's included

When you rent Lunita, you don't book rooms in a venue. You take the whole property, one group at a time: 80,000 m² of jungle, every space on it, and the team that runs it, working your retreat's schedule. This page is the honest inventory of what that means: what comes with the rental, what's priced separately, and how the numbers conversation works.

The property,
entirely yours

Eight private cabanas and a mini apartment hold up to twenty guests, with no other group on the land while yours is here. Around them: the Crystal Shala for practice, the meditation area, the cenote-fed pool, the jungle gym, the temazcal, the ice bath, and the dining pavilion: roofed against the rain, open on every side, one long table. Each cabana has its own furnished garden, mosquito-netted windows, and daily housekeeping. The full spec of every space lives on Facilities, and you can walk it virtually before you ever get on a plane.

The team that comes with it

Lunita's chef, for your entire retreat: menus designed with you before arrival, adapted to every guest's allergies and intolerances, cooked to your schedule. How the kitchen works. Waiter service scaled to your group, daily housekeeping, the grounds and maintenance team, and the family itself. Lorenza and Nico are on the property, not on a phone line. Airport transfers (forty minutes from Cancún) are arranged for you and priced per group.

And every hosted retreat includes the four Sacred Gifts: the Blessing Ceremony, the professional photoshoot, the Tree Planting, and the Hug Ceremony, Lunita's own additions to your program, at no charge.

Three things sit outside the rental, each priced to what you actually choose:

How pricing works

We price each retreat after one call, not from a public rate card, because the real number moves with your season, your length, your group size, and what you add. Here's the promise: one call, then a complete written quote with every line in it and nothing hidden, plus a fixed payment schedule you can see before you commit.

Common questions

Is the property really exclusive to my group?
Yes. One retreat at a time is the operating model, not a premium add-on. Your group, the team, and the jungle; nobody else's schedule.
What's the capacity?
Up to twenty guests across eight cabanas and the mini apartment, with single and shared configurations. The right group size for the property is part of the design call.
Can I see exactly what every space includes?
The facilities page carries the full spec, space by space, and the virtual tour lets you stand in them.
What support comes beyond the property?
