A way to host your first retreat at Lunita, where you only pay for the rooms you fill.
Most venues ask you to commit to the whole place before you know what your community can hold. MoonSeeds is the opposite. Bring three people and pay for three rooms. Bring six and pay for six. Approximately one week a month, Lunita opens its doors to leaders who are ready to lead but not yet ready to bet on a full center.
You don't need a finished community. You need to begin.
Why MoonSeeds
exists.
For years, Lunita has worked with retreat leaders by renting the full center. It's a beautiful model, and for experienced leaders with established communities, it works perfectly.
But we kept hearing the same thing from facilitators who hadn't yet stepped into hosting.
The vision is there.
The calling is there.
The retreat is ready to happen.
And then one thing stops it: the weight of committing to a full center before a single participant has signed up.
We've watched leaders sit with that weight for years, sometimes for a decade, before saying yes. We've also watched leaders skip the trying entirely because the math didn't work. Both felt like a loss.
So in April 2026, we built something else. MoonSeeds is a way to begin without that weight. Not a discount, not a stripped-down version of hosting, a different shape entirely. You bring what you have. We hold what we hold. The room you pay for is the room you fill. Everything else falls away.
How it works.
You pay for the rooms your group fills.
Bring three, pay for three. Bring six, pay for six. We won't ask you to cover the eight cabanas you didn't fill or the mini apartment you didn't need.
Approximately one week per month.
MoonSeeds runs roughly once a month, on weeks Lunita sets aside specifically for this model. The exact dates we'll work out with you in conversation, depending on your timing, your group, and what the calendar allows.
No minimum group size.
We've hosted MoonSeeds retreats with very small groups. If you have three people ready, that's enough to begin. If you have one or two and need help shaping the rest, that's also a conversation we can have.
The same payment schedule as full hosting.
25% to reserve your dates. 25% at the midpoint between booking and arrival. The remaining 50% two weeks before your retreat. Spread out, transparent, no surprises.
The rest of Lunita stays the same.
Same property. Same team. Same support. Just scaled to your group.

What's included.
MoonSeeds is not a discount version of hosting. It's the same Lunita: the same property, the same team, the same support, sized to your group.
The property.
The cabanas you book are yours; the shared spaces: the Crystal Shala, the meditation area, the pool, the temazcal, the gym, the dining hall, are open to your group during your dates. Other small groups may share the property during MoonSeeds weeks, but each group keeps its own cabanas and its own program.
The team.
Jhony and the on-site team hold the logistics the same way they do for any retreat. Meals are prepared by our kitchen team, customized to your group's needs and restrictions. The same care, the same presence.
The promotion support.
If you want help filling the rooms: promotion through our community, market guidance, pricing help, social media support, it's there. The 4,100+ newsletter subscribers and 40,000+ followers don't disappear when the group is smaller.
The Sacred Gifts, partially included.
Included free. The Hug Ceremony: included with every MoonSeeds retreat of three nights or more. The Tree Planting: included with every MoonSeeds retreat of three nights or more. What MoonSeeds
isn't.
A few clarifications so the model lands cleanly.
It's not a partial buyout for large groups. If your community is ready and you have fifteen or twenty people coming, full hosting is the right call. MoonSeeds is built for the leader who hasn't gotten there yet, not as a discount for those who have.
It's not always available. Roughly one week a month is set aside for MoonSeeds. Outside those windows, Lunita runs on full-property bookings, and we hold those dates for hosting leaders with full groups.
It's not a way to skip the conversation. Every MoonSeeds retreat still starts with a call, about what you want to build, who you want to bring, and how we can help you do it well. The model is gentler; the relationship is the same.

We talk.
A video call to understand your vision and your community, walk you through how MoonSeeds works, and figure out together whether it's the right fit.
We send you a real plan.
After the call, you'll receive a clear, detailed estimate built around your retreat: the investment for your dates and your group, the cost per participant, and content you can start using to promote it.
You decide.
No pressure, no rush. If it's a yes, we lock in your dates and get to work together.
Your retreat doesn't have to be perfect to begin.
