The voice of the land

“Some come in groups, with a leader who has been working toward this for years. Some come alone, or in twos, with a question they haven't been able to put down. I hold the second kind a little differently. The cabana that opens for one person is the same cabana that opens for twenty. The jungle doesn't change its rhythm. But the quiet that wraps around a single seeker is its own kind of quiet, and it knows what to do.”

— Lunita

Come on
your own.

Personal retreats at Lunita are custom-designed around one seeker at a time: solo, as a couple, or as a small group with a shared intention. They run in the windows between hosted retreats. The program is yours.

You don't need a leader to bring you. You just need to know it's time.

Who comes here
on their own.

Personal retreats at Lunita are for the moments when a group retreat isn't the right shape.

The retreat-leader-and-twenty-strangers format works for many things, but it doesn't work for all things. Sometimes the work is more particular than that. Sometimes the timing is too immediate to wait for a group to form. Sometimes the question is too quiet to be held in a circle of unfamiliar people.

That's the door personal retreats opens.

People come for many reasons. Some come because they're burned out and can't think straight anymore. Some come because they're a couple at a turning point: repair, renewal, the deliberate kind of time most couples never make. Some come because they want to work with a specific Lunita facilitator, Esperanza's women's circles, Kierra's energy work, Edgar's plant medicine, and they want it shaped to them, not to a group.

Some come without naming a reason. They booked the flight, they're not sure why, and they trusted that.

All of those are right.

What's true for everyone who comes this way: the retreat is built around what they brought, not around what's on offer. Lunita is the venue. The program is theirs.

What a personal retreat
actually looks like.

Three nights, minimum. From there, you choose.

The shape is custom-designed before you arrive, in a video call where we talk through what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and what the days could hold. Some retreats are quiet: long mornings, slow meals, hammock time, two facilitated sessions a day at most. Others are full: a temazcal, a sound healing in the pool, a Janzu session in the morning, a sit with Edgar in the evening. Both are normal.

What stays the same across every personal retreat:

A minimalist jungle bedroom shot from a low, oblique angle, revealing a platform bed dressed in crisp white linens and a fringed sand-colored throw blanket. Floor-to-ceiling slidin

Custom meals.

The Lunita kitchen designs the menu around what you eat, what you can't eat, and what you want to taste while you're here. If you're vegan, the kitchen is vegan that week. If you're avoiding nightshades for a specific reason, none appear on a plate. The kitchen flexes around you.

Facilitator access on request.

The full Lunita circle (Alma, Edgar, Esperanza, Faby, Gerald, Kierra) is available for one-on-one or couples sessions, scheduled in advance. You don't book them directly; you tell us what you're working with, and we propose who would hold it best.

You may not be alone here.

Personal retreats can overlap with other personal retreats: other seekers, other couples, here on their own programs and their own timing. Your cabana, your sessions, and your custom-designed program are yours. The dining hall, the pool, the meditation area may be shared with whoever else found their way here that week. Some of the best things that happen at Lunita are unplanned: a conversation at breakfast, an evening swim with someone who came for a different reason. If you want complete property privacy, full hosting is the model. Personal retreats are private in everything that matters, social in the parts that might surprise you.

One Sacred Gift, included.

Every personal retreat ends with the Tree Planting ceremony. Hands in the soil, a tree settled into Lunita's jungle, a living mark of why you came.

Connect with your inner powers

For the person beginning to sense they carry something: an intuition, a gift, a calling the world never made room to hear.

Couples reconnection

For two people who arrived needing each other and the work, in any order: something breaking, something repairing, or simply time made on purpose.

Burnout & life transitions

For the exhausted, the parent in the in-between years, the one between chapters. The work is coming down: slowing the system, returning to the body.

Grief & spiritual awakening

For something heavy or threshold-shaped: a loss, a turning, an experience that arrived uninvited and has nowhere yet to be held.

Fertility

For the person or couple preparing body and spirit for new life, held in Esperanza's deep lineage of womb healing and Moon Mother work.

What's included.

Every personal retreat at Lunita includes

Your accommodations: private room or cabana, depending on your booking

The full Lunita property: the Crystal Shala, the meditation area, the cenote-fed pool, the temazcal, the dining hall, the moon installation. Shared with whoever else is here that week.

Custom meals: three meals a day, designed around what you eat, what you can't, and what you'd like to taste while you're here

A design call: a video call before your retreat to shape the program together

One Sacred Gift: the Tree Planting ceremony, included with every personal retreat of three nights or more.

Available at a personal-retreat rate

A photoshoot with Nico: captured on one of your retreat days, delivered as a personal keepsake.

Available on request, with the full intake process

Plant medicine ceremonies: ayahuasca, bufo, mushrooms, kambo, others. Available with the full intake process: call, intention-setting, ceremony with Edgar, integration after.

Specific facilitator sessions: Reiki, QHHT, Janzu, sound healing, women's circles. Booked individually based on what you're working with.

Not part of personal retreats

The Blessing Ceremony and the Hug Ceremony: these are group-format gifts, held within the rhythm of a leader-led retreat. They don't translate to a solo or couples retreat.

How to begin.

The process is short.

Reach out. Send us a message or book a video call.

The design call. We talk for thirty to sixty minutes about what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and what the days could hold. We listen more than we talk. We don't ask you to know everything before you arrive; we just ask you to come honest about what brought you here.

The proposal. Within a few days, we send you a custom program for your dates: the daily rhythm, the facilitators we recommend, the ceremonies if any are right, and the full investment.

You decide. No pressure, no rush. If it's a yes, we lock your dates and start preparing. If it's a no, or a not-yet, that's also welcomed.

If you already know plant medicine is part of what you're seeking, mention it in your first message. That work has its own intake conversation, which we begin earlier than the rest.

What it costs.

Personal retreats at Lunita are priced per night, per person, with a three-night minimum.

These prices include your accommodations, your custom meals, the design call, the property access, and the Tree Planting ceremony. They do not include facilitator sessions, plant medicine ceremonies, or the photoshoot. Those are quoted in your custom proposal based on what you choose to include.

We've kept the pricing transparent because we don't think you should have to schedule a call to find out whether a retreat is in your range.

If it's not, two things:

We're open about it. We're not the cheapest retreat in Mexico. We aren't trying to be.

We're flexible about it. If your retreat would mean something to you and the math is the thing in the way, write to us anyway. We've worked with people who needed it shaped differently to make it work, and we've often found a way.

Ready to begin?

There is nothing you need to have figured out first. Not the dates, not the shape, not the reason in tidy words. A personal retreat starts with one honest note about what brought you here, and we shape the rest together.

Two ways in, whichever feels easier today. Write to us and we will read it ourselves and reply within a few days. Or book a call and we will talk it through: your timing, your questions, and what the days could hold.
