Channeling and sound healing is offered at Lunita as a reflective, intuitive-guidance experience paired with the calming vibration of crystal bowls and chimes, a space to slow down, ask questions, and listen inward. Held honestly as a contemplative practice (not prediction or medical advice), it can be experienced in the meditation shala or floating in the pool. Here's what it involves. (For the sound element, see sound healing.)
What channeling is here
In this context, channeling is a facilitated, intuitive practice, the facilitator holds a calm, intentional space where you can reflect on personal questions, life direction, or what feels stuck, and receive impressions or guidance. Combined with sound, the vibration of bowls and gongs helps quiet the mind so reflection comes more easily.
Two ways to experience it
In the meditation space: lie comfortably in the open-air shala while the facilitator shares reflections and plays sound instruments, the jungle's stillness supporting focus. In the pool: float in the shallow saltwater pool as vibrations move through you, encouraging deep surrender and release.
What people take from it
Common, honestly-held outcomes include clarity on personal questions, a sense of release, deep relaxation, and renewed trust in your own intuition. It complements temazcal, meditation, and a personal retreat.
