True Nature is a six-day women’s retreat for the woman who is ready to step away from the roles she plays every day and reconnect with the woman underneath them all.

Imagine waking up surrounded by the Mayan jungle, moving your body in an open-air jungle gym, swimming in a private cenote reserved only for our group and ending the day sharing stories and laughter with women who came for the same reason you did.

Through adventure, movement, meaningful reflection and genuine connection, you’ll have the space to hear yourself again without the responsibilities, expectations and noise of everyday life.

This is about remembering what makes you feel alive and returning home feeling more connected to yourself, your desires and the life you want to create.
