Anchored Soul gathers women in sacred sisterhood. In the retreat's own words, it is for the woman who gives and leads with an open heart, who is courageous and craves to level up, who knows she is meant to be seen, who is committed to growth, clarity, and wholehearted living, and who is ready to honor every part of herself and transform. The week includes a Divine Feminine Workshop for self-healing, self-love, and clearing stuck energy, and connection with like-hearted women runs through everything. All ceremonies and activities are optional, so each woman chooses her own depth. It is hosted at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center, an intimate jungle venue for twenty guests near Puerto Morelos.
What is included in the Anchored Soul Retreat?
The retreat includes accommodations in shared occupancy, with a few single rooms available for an extra fee, and transportation to and from Cancún Airport. Three wholesome, locally sourced meals are served daily. The program includes a Welcome Ceremony, breathwork and guided meditation, mindful movement and stretching, a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, a Temazcal Ceremony (the traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge), the Divine Feminine Workshop, a Tree Planting Ceremony, a Hug Ceremony, a Private Cenote Tour, and a Beach and Taco Tour to eat like the locals. It also includes two one-to-one personal coaching sessions with Anita after the retreat and a professional photoshoot. Flights and insurance are not included. The setting is Lunita Jungle Retreat Center in the Riviera Maya.
