Upcoming retreat
A deeply restorative nine night women’s retreat in the Mexican jungle, combining twice-daily practices, nourishing food, sacred ceremonies, adventure and meaningful connection, all within an intimate group of just 11 women.

Step away from the noise and into the warmth, colour and natural beauty of Mexico.
Rooted in the Wild is a deeply restorative women’s retreat created for those who are ready to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves. For nine nights, we will make our home at Lunita, a secluded jungle retreat where nature sets the pace and there is space to simply be.
With only 11 places available, this will be one of my smallest and most personal retreats, a warm, supportive experience where every woman is welcomed exactly as she is.
This is more than a few days away. Nine nights allow you to arrive, exhale and move beyond the busy mind into a steadier, more spacious rhythm.
Our days will be shaped by twice-daily yoga and wellbeing practices, nourishing food, jungle surroundings and plenty of time to rest. Alongside our daily practices, we will share a cacao ceremony, receive a shamanic blessing, plant trees and set out on a snorkelling adventure.
There will be meaningful shared experiences, but also unhurried time for you to read, rest, reflect, connect with the other women or simply listen to the sounds of the jungle.
No rushing. No pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Wake to the sounds of the jungle and begin the morning with meditation, breathwork and mindful movement. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing breakfast and a day that unfolds gently.
Some days will invite adventure and discovery. Others will offer glorious stretches of free time. In the evenings, we will return to the practice with restorative yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra or another calming session before sharing dinner.
The schedule will vary from day to day, allowing a natural balance of practice, exploration, connection and deep rest.
Each practice will be thoughtfully created for the energy of the day and the needs of the group. Mornings may include meditation, pranayama and an energising flow. Evening practices will be slower and more grounding, with restorative yoga, gentle movement and Yoga Nidra.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced or “good at yoga”. You simply need to come as you are. I will offer options throughout so that you can listen to your body and make the practice your own.
The experiences woven into this retreat have been chosen to help us connect more deeply with ourselves, with one another and with the land around us.
A chance to slow down, open the heart and share a meaningful experience together in the supportive energy of the group.
A special opportunity to experience a spiritual blessing rooted in the traditions of Mexico.
We will give something back to the land that holds us, planting trees as a living reminder of our time together and the intentions we choose to carry home.
We will leave the jungle for a day of exploration, enjoying the clear waters and rich marine life of Mexico a little adventure, a little wonder and no doubt plenty of laughter.
There is something very special about gathering in a small circle.
With just 11 women, there is room for genuine connection and personal attention without ever feeling lost in a crowd. You can arrive on your own and quickly feel part of something warm, safe and inclusive.
Many women come to my retreats alone. They leave with new friendships, renewed energy and a deeper connection to themselves.
