We will come together in gorgeous Puerto Morelos, Mexico, on the Yucatan peninsula, where jungle meets ocean, for an intentional pause from our habits, roles and responsibilities of regular life.

Where contemplative practices such as yoga, meditation and breath work will create the scaffolding for our daily daily rhythm, that will also bring in sacred ceremonies, including temazcal, and gorgeous local outings like visiting a local cenote.

We invite you to step outside the habits, roles, and responsibilities of daily life—not to run from them, but to meet yourself more fully beyond them. We believe retreat is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering who you already are.

When we take time away, we create space to reconnect with our body, our breath, our intuition, and the deeper rhythms that guide our life. From this place, we do not abandon our life—we return to it more present, more rooted, and more resourced.

Where is the retreat held and how do I get there?
Awaken to (your) nature is held at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center, Ruta de los Cenotes Km 17, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico, on the Yucatán peninsula, about 40 minutes by road from Cancún International Airport. Fly into Cancún, and airport transfers are arranged with trusted local drivers once your place is confirmed. The center is an intimate venue for twenty guests, 5,000 square metres built inside 80,000 square metres of preserved jungle, fully solar powered, with a pool fed with cenote water.
