When retreat centers say small group, they often mean forty people. We mean a handful. Lunita keeps groups genuinely small, and that single choice changes everything about how a week here feels.
Small by design
We cap the group on purpose, and we give up the revenue a bigger group would bring. We think it is the most important decision we make, because everything good about Lunita depends on it.
What small changes
You are seen. The facilitators know your name. Ceremonies feel intimate rather than processed, and over a few days a handful of strangers tend to become genuinely close. None of that survives a crowd.
Why we will not scale it
Depth does not come at volume. We could fill more beds. We would rather keep the thing that makes people come back.
