Letting emotion move through you
Rather than choreography, this is free, intuitive movement, a way to let feelings move through the body: stress, grief, tension, or joy. In a safe, supportive space, you're invited to express what words can't reach. There's nothing to perform and no steps to learn, only your body's own language.
A cathartic release
