Her grandfather served his community as a sobador and huesero (bone setter), working intuitively with the physical body to restore structural alignment and energetic flow. Meanwhile, her grandmother cultivated the earth's medicine as a yerbera, understanding the subtle, potent language of plants.
These early immersions into the world of spirit and plant medicine sparked Crystal's lifelong dedication to the healing arts. Today, she weaves these inherited gifts with over two decades of formal training as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Craniosacral Therapist. Through Verde Holistic Wellness Studio, Crystal provides a high-vibrational sanctuary for somatic release, energetic clearing, and womb wellness, honoring the traditions she honed under the guidance of esteemed healers across Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize.

Her profound journey is defined by her historic 13-year apprenticeship with Don Elijio Panti, the renowned Maya Shaman of Belize, who passed his vast, encyclopedic knowledge of medicinal plants, spiritual bathing, and physical healing onto her. She also studied intimately with Miss Hortense Robinson, a beloved Belizean herbal midwife.
Dr. Rosita is the founder of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® and the Abdominal Therapy Collective.
