Guiding the Wild Unknown

This is a circle of leaders. A collaboration of guides who are already doing the work, coming together to go deeper, wilder, and more essentially themselves. The jungle holds us our wild bodies as we move, dance, and play. We hold each other's wild hearts as we explore deeper into the great unknown

About this retreat

The nOMad Guides Mastermind Retreat — November 14 to 20, 2026 A 6-day embodied leadership mastermind for guides, healers, and space-holders who are ready to be held in return.

This is not a retreat where one person leads from the front.

It is a circle — an intimate gathering of leaders who each bring their own medicine to share, co-creating the experience together in the heart of the jungle.

Daily somatic movement, afternoon mastermind sessions, evening ceremony, a temazcal, a private cenote day trip, and time on Isla Mujeres weave together into six days of deep recalibration.

The jungle holds us. We hold each other.

Led by Phoebe Leona, founder of The nOMad Collective — a global retreat and wellness community connecting leaders, healers, and the spaces that hold them.

Questions

When does Guiding the Wild Unknown take place?
Guiding the Wild Unknown, the nOMad Guides Mastermind Retreat, runs from November 14 to November 20, 2026 at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center near Puerto Morelos, Mexico: six nights, arriving at 2:00 p.m. and closing at 11:00 a.m. on the final day. The six days are shaped as one continuous recalibration: daily somatic movement in the mornings, mastermind sessions in the afternoons, ceremony in the evenings, with a Temazcal, a private cenote day trip, and time on Isla Mujeres woven through the week. Mid-November on the Riviera Maya is warm and green, and the jungle setting is part of the design: in the retreat's own words, the jungle holds us, and we hold each other.
What is the nOMad Guides Mastermind Retreat?
It is a six-day embodied leadership mastermind for guides, healers, and space-holders who are ready to be held in return. This is not a retreat where one person leads from the front: it is a circle, an intimate gathering of leaders who each bring their own medicine to share, co-creating the experience together in the heart of the jungle at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center. Daily somatic movement, afternoon mastermind sessions, and evening ceremony give the week its rhythm, and the group moves, dances, and plays while exploring deeper into the great unknown. The gathering is convened by Phoebe Leona, founder of The nOMad Collective, a global retreat and wellness community connecting leaders, healers, and the spaces that hold them.
Who is Guiding the Wild Unknown for?
This retreat is for people who usually stand at the front of the room: guides, healers, and space-holders who are already doing the work and are ready to go deeper, wilder, and more essentially themselves. If you spend your year holding space for others, this is a circle where you are held in return, among peers who understand the role. Because the experience is co-created, each participant brings their own medicine to share rather than receiving a program from a single teacher. The group gathers at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center, an intimate venue for twenty guests inside 80,000 square metres of preserved jungle, which keeps the circle small enough for real collaboration and depth.
Where is the retreat held and how do I get there?
Guiding the Wild Unknown is held at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center, Ruta de los Cenotes Km 17, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico, about 40 minutes by road from Cancún International Airport. Fly into Cancún, and airport transfers are arranged with trusted local drivers once your place is confirmed. The retreat also travels: the week includes a day trip to a private cenote near the center and time on Isla Mujeres, so you experience the Riviera Maya beyond the venue itself. The center is fully solar powered, with a pool fed with cenote water, and the jungle around it holds the movement, ceremony, and mastermind work the week is built on.
How do I take a place on Guiding the Wild Unknown?
Use the request form on the retreat page at Lunita Jungle Retreat Center's website: leave your name and email, confirm through the one-tap confirmation email, and you will be connected with Phoebe Leona, founder of The nOMad Collective, who convenes the mastermind. Because this is an intimate circle of practicing guides, healers, and space-holders rather than an open-enrollment retreat, the conversation matters: it is the chance to share what you bring and confirm the circle is the right fit in both directions. No payment is taken on the page. If you would rather begin with a conversation about the venue or the week, the site also offers a free call with the Lunita team.
