A cacao and temazcal day, and how they fit

Soft morning to evening jungle feel, wide horizontal: cacao cups in morning light or temazcal at dusk. Warm arc

Some of the most loved days at Lunita pair two gentle ceremonies: cacao in the morning to open the heart, and temazcal later to release and renew. Neither is psychedelic, and together they make a complete arc from softening to letting go.

Morning, cacao

The day opens warm and slow. Cacao settles the group, brings a little heat to the chest, and gives everyone a quiet moment to set an intention before anything begins.

Evening, temazcal

Later, in the dome, heat and song and steam carry the work the heart began into the body. Release, sweat, and a sense of being renewed. You set your own edge throughout.

Why the pairing works

Open, then release. It is gentle but complete, which makes it a good first full day, and a favorite even for people who have done a lot of deeper work elsewhere.

Is it too much for one day?

It is paced with rest, and you choose your own edges in each ceremony.

Do I have to do both?

No. We shape the day with you.
