HOST A RETREAT
“Partner, not venue” is easy to say. Every venue says it now. So this page doesn't say it; it documents it. Below is every form of support a retreat leader gets at Lunita, organized the way your retreat actually unfolds: before, during, and after. It's the page we wish existed for every venue we've ever heard a leader describe with the words “they handed me the keys and disappeared.”
Read it next to any other venue you're considering. That's what it's for.

IN SHORT
At Lunita, support runs the full arc of your retreat: before: help filling it (promotion to our community, pricing guidance, market analysis, a findable retreat page, social guidance, and program shaping); during: a team that runs meals, spaces, and logistics so you stay in the room; after: professional photography assets and a relationship that sixteen leaders have already turned into a return booking.
None of it is a package you add. It's how we host.
A beautiful retreat no one knows about doesn't happen. Six streams, from the day you book:
Want the complete engine, number by number? How we help you fill it →
Tag us and we put your retreat in front of the Lunita community, more than 4,100 newsletter subscribers and over 40,000 followers across our social channels: people already looking for exactly what you offer. We repost your retreat, feature it on our website, and lend you an audience that would take years to build alone.
We review the page where people land for your retreat and help improve how it ranks: titles, structure, the things that decide whether searchers actually find you. We rebuilt our own site around this craft; you get the benefit.
Most leaders price too low or too high, underconfidence or wishful math. We help you land where the retreat actually fills: high enough to honor your work, reachable enough that your community says yes. After our first call you receive a detailed estimate, your investment, the cost per participant, and content ready to use for promotion, so you're never pricing in the dark. (The full payment mechanics live on the practicals: What's included.)
Who else is offering what, where you stand, how to position your retreat so it's the one your people choose. We watch this market constantly; you shouldn't have to.
How to show up, what to post, how to turn interest into deposits, patterns from watching a hundred-plus retreats fill (and a few not, which taught us more).
The flow of the days, the balance of ceremony and rest, the meals, the excursions. We've seen what works across more than 120 retreats and we offer everything we know. You decide; we help you decide well.

Meals appear. Spaces are ready. Transfers arrive on time. The team is present but invisible, handling the thousand details that would otherwise pull you out of the room. Jhony and the crew have done this hundreds of times; let them. Your job during your retreat is the one your participants came for. Ours is everything else.
Whatever your retreat needs, we can probably bring it. More than fifty experiences, ceremonies, and workshops live here: sound healing in the pool, temazcal, womb healing, breathwork, cacao, ice bath, and more. If the experience you want isn't on the list, tell us: we'll search our community of facilitators, healers, and local experts across the Riviera Maya, and we'll usually find it or build it with you.
And the four Sacred Gifts, included with every hosted retreat at no cost: the Blessing Ceremony to open, the Hug Ceremony to close, the Tree Planting, and a professional Photoshoot: one flexible hour, designed by you, delivering 100+ professionally edited images within two weeks, with free usage rights. Most venues would sell that as a package. Here it's a gift, and it quietly becomes the next thing on this page.

Two weeks after your retreat, the photographs arrive: a hundred-plus edited images of your people, your sessions, your retreat as it actually looked. That gallery is your participants' keepsake, and your entire marketing engine for the next retreat. Leaders fill their second retreat with images from their first; it's the most reliable pattern we've seen.
Which is the honest way to read our favorite number: sixteen leaders have come back to host at Lunita again. Venues don't earn that with a beautiful property. Properties are everywhere on this coast. They earn it with retreats that filled, ran smoothly, and left the leader holding assets and energy for the next one. That's the product this page describes.
A support page you can trust has to include this list.
We amplify, advise, and hand you reach and assets, but your community is the heart of your retreat, and a venue that promises to deliver participants is selling something venues can't honestly sell.
The room is yours. We can bring facilitators, ceremonies, and experiences around your work, never over it.
Twenty guests is the ceiling, the jungle is the setting, and some retreat concepts aren't right for this place. If yours isn't, we'll tell you on the first call, plainly, with suggestions for where it might fit better.
If you've never led one, you don't start from a blank page here. We're with you the whole way: shaping the retreat before it exists, pricing it so it fills, helping you fill it, and then running the days on the ground so you can stay in the room with your people. The streams above aren't a menu you assemble alone; they're the work we do beside you, from the first call to the last morning.
There's a gentler financial door for a first retreat, too: MoonSeeds, roughly one week each month where you pay only for the rooms you fill, no minimum group size, the same support included. Bring three people and pay for three rooms. MoonSeeds.
And we wrote the complete, honest guide to a first retreat, venue questions and all: Planning your first retreat as a leader.
See the whole picture, or start the conversation. We read every note a leader sends, and the first call costs nothing.
