Private Healing Retreats in Mexico: Custom Care for Solo, Couples & Families

An open hand with a beaded bracelet reaches across the frame, guests with raised arms blurred behind, Lunita Jungle Retreat

There are moments in life when you don't need a group retreat, you need space that's entirely your own. Private healing retreats in Mexico offer a custom personal experience for solo travelers, couples, and families, shaped around what you genuinely need. Here's what they offer. (See what a private healing retreat is really like.)

What does space that's entirely yours look like?

A private healing retreat is fully customized, for one person, a couple, or a family. Without a group schedule, you rest, process, and heal at your own pace, with privacy and caring support. The practices, pacing, and focus are tailored to you, so the experience fits your needs rather than the other way around.

Personal, supported, yours

Whether you arrive alone for solo healing or with loved ones, the retreat meets you there. This is a wellness experience offering emotional, somatic, and spiritual support, complementary to, and not a substitute for, medical or psychological care. Explore hosting or book a discovery call.

If you want something built around you, look at a private retreat.

In short

Frequently asked questions

Who are private healing retreats for?

For solo travelers, couples, or families who don't need a group retreat but want a deeply personal, supported experience. There are moments in life when what you need is space entirely your own, to rest, process, and heal at your own pace. A private healing retreat is fully customized to you, with privacy, intention, and caring support.

Can a private healing retreat be customized?

Yes, that's the point. It's shaped around your needs, whether you're coming alone, as a couple, or as a family. The practices, pacing, and focus are tailored, so the experience meets exactly what you're seeking, rather than fitting you into a fixed program. This is a wellness experience offering emotional, somatic, and spiritual support, complementary to, and not a substitute for, medical or psychological care.

Can a family share a private retreat?

Yes, and families are one of the three shapes these take, alongside solo travelers and couples. Without a group schedule the pace belongs to whoever is there, so a family can rest at different speeds and still be together, which is usually the thing that makes it work. This is a wellness experience, complementary to and not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
