Sometimes the deepest shifts happen in focused, one-on-one time. A personalized therapeutic session at Lunita offers a tailored space for renewal and connection, shaped around what you most need. Here's what it offers. (See somatic bodywork.)

Tailored, one-on-one support

A personalized session might weave bodywork, somatic practices, energy work, breathwork, or guided reflection, depending on what's offered and what you're seeking. Led by an experienced practitioner, it's a focused, individualized space for release, restoration, and reconnection, meeting you exactly where you are.

A complementary practice

These sessions are led by qualified practitioners and are a complementary wellness practice, not medical treatment or psychotherapy. If you have specific health needs, share them and consult relevant professionals. This is a wellness experience offering emotional, somatic, and spiritual support, complementary to, and not a substitute for, medical or psychological care.
