Personal Retreat: Your Journey, Your Way in the Heart of the Jungle

Two hands clasped in the jungle, one wrist wearing blue beads and a copper cuff, Lunita Jungle Retreat

Sometimes, what we need isn't another structured schedule, another full itinerary, or a program designed for a group. Sometimes what we truly need is space, sacred, intentional space, to simply be. A personal retreat is your journey, your way in the heart of the jungle. (For full details, see Personal Retreat Mexico.)

What does it mean to have space to simply be?

A personal retreat releases you from group pace and packed agendas, offering room to rest, reflect, and reconnect at your own rhythm. Shaped around your needs, deep rest, movement, ceremony, or quiet, it's an invitation to finally hear yourself again.

Held in the jungle

You set the pace; the jungle and a caring team hold the rest. It's solitude with support, the freedom of being alone with the comfort of being looked after. Explore how it works or book a discovery call.

Frequently asked questions

What shape does a personal retreat take?

A retreat shaped entirely around one person's needs and rhythm, rather than a group schedule. Sometimes what we need isn't another full itinerary or program designed for a group, it's sacred, intentional space to simply be. A personal retreat offers exactly that: room to rest, reflect, and reconnect, your journey your way.

How do I know a personal retreat suits me?

If you're craving space away from demands and schedules, to restore, process a transition, or simply hear yourself again, then yes. A personal retreat meets you wherever you are, with as much or as little structure as you want, held in the calm of the jungle.

Who chooses the pace of the days?

You do, and that is the difference from a group program. There is no schedule to keep up with and nothing that starts without you, so rest, movement, ceremony or quiet arrange themselves around your rhythm rather than the other way round. The team holds everything else, which is what makes setting your own pace restful rather than another decision.
