Personalized New Year Retreat for Individuals, Couples & Families

A white macramé curtain hangs across a white gravel path between tall jungle trees, Lunita Jungle Retreat

The New Year is more than a date on the calendar. It's a sacred transition, a space between chapters where reflection deepens, intuition strengthens, and the heart becomes more available to truth. A personalized New Year retreat for individuals, couples, or families turns that moment into a fully custom journey of renewal. (See how a personal retreat works.)

How do you begin from presence, not pressure?

For many, the New Year arrives with pressure, resolutions, goals, expectations, comparisons. Yet the most profound beginnings rarely come from force; they come from presence. This retreat creates space to release the old year, set heartfelt intentions, and begin the new one grounded, through reflection, ceremony, and rest.

Tailored to you

Whether you arrive solo, as a couple, or as a family, the journey is shaped entirely around you. It's a custom, intentional way to step into the year. Book a discovery call to begin.

In short

Frequently asked questions

What is a personalized New Year retreat?

A fully custom journey of renewal in the Riviera Maya, designed for individuals, couples, or families to begin the year with intention rather than pressure. The New Year is a sacred transition, a space between chapters where reflection deepens. Rather than forcing resolutions, this retreat creates presence: space to release the old year, set heartfelt intentions, and step into the new one grounded and clear.

How is it different from typical New Year's resolutions?

Resolutions often come from pressure, comparison, and force, and rarely last. A New Year retreat takes the opposite approach, trusting that the most profound beginnings come from presence, not force. Through reflection, ceremony, and rest, you connect with what genuinely matters, so the year ahead is rooted in truth rather than 'shoulds.'

Why mark the New Year with a retreat?

Because the transition is already doing half the work, and most people spend it deciding things instead of listening. A space between chapters deepens reflection on its own, so a retreat at that moment turns a date into a genuine crossing rather than a list. Shaped for one person, a couple or a family, it follows whoever is there rather than a calendar.
