TRU Reset: A Black Men’s Healing Experience is an intentional space for Black men who are tired of carrying everything and calling it strength.
Too many of us have learned how to endure without ever being taught how to rest.
This experience is about stepping away from survival mode and giving your nervous system, your body, and your spirit the reset they deserve.
It’s not about fixing you — it’s about allowing you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with who you are underneath the pressure, performance, and responsibility.
If you’ve been feeling burned out, disconnected, or simply aware that something in you needs space to recalibrate, this is that space. It’s time to pause.
It’s time to rest.
